By accessing, browsing, or using the website and services of IshaTech Marine (accessible at ishatechmarine.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (e.g., shipowners, ship managers, technical superintendents, or purchasing agents), and IshaTech Marine. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our site and services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use or for the purpose of ordering parts from us.
3. Product Sourcing & Descriptions
IshaTech Marine specializes in sourcing and supplying marine and industrial automation spares, including both brand-new and reconditioned obsolete electronic components. While we make every effort to display product descriptions, photographs, configurations, and specifications as accurately as possible, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content are error-free or fully current. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part numbers, drawings, and brand names are used purely for cross-referencing and identification purposes; it is not implied that all parts supplied are sourced directly from the OEM unless explicitly stated.
4. Purchases, Pricing & Quotations
Because maritime automation components vary greatly in availability and price (particularly hard-to-source obsolete items), official pricing is provided via custom quotation. All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise in writing. Payments must be made via bank wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), or approved secure online payment channels prior to dispatch. Any local customs, import duties, taxes, or port clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Technical Advice & Liability Limitation
Any technical advice, configuration guidance, simulation testing summaries, or compatibility recommendations provided by our engineering team are given in good faith and as a reference only. The ultimate responsibility for verification of compatibility, installation, and operation lies with the purchasing engineer, ship superintendent, or vessel technicians. IshaTech Marine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, vessel charter delays, loss of hire, port demurrage, or cargo damage) arising from the use or inability to use components supplied by us.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceedings arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, where our corporate headquarters are located.
