Rest assured, we offer a generous 30-days technical warranty from the date of product delivery. If you encounter any technical or functionality issues during this period, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Return & Refund Terms
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as received and should be in secured packaging.
Once you're eligible for a return or refund, we will promptly replace the product with the same item if it's available in our stock. In the rare event of unavailability of replacement, we will gladly accept the return of the shipment for refund.
Credit Note
We care about convenience, so if preferred an alternative to a refund, we can issue a credit note for the same value which can be utilized for future purchase with us.
Eligibility Criteria for Return or Refund
Return or refund claims are valid under the following conditions:
- 1 Non-functional product received
- 2 Un-informed cosmetic or minor damages (including damage during transit)
- 3 Product misplaced in transit
Proof of Purchase
Reference such as Invoice, Proforma Invoice, or Purchase Order would be advisable to share while reporting the concern.

Inspection & Initiation
Post receipt of the product and inspection from concerned team, refund initiation will be done followed by an official email notifying the transaction copy of the refund.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific timeframe. For exact details, please refer to our Payment Terms.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. Keeping in mind that it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted, and contacting your bank could help resolve any processing delays.
Exchange/Replacement

Shipping Information & Cost
To return your product, kindly mail it to our address listed below. Please note that Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the shipping cost to process the order initially will be deducted from the refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we'll make sure to deliver the replacement at your place as soon as possible.
For items valued above $75, we highly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This ensures that your returned item is properly tracked, and you have peace of mind throughout the process.
